Goodside Marketing

Effective date: September 23, 2026

These Mobile Terms describe texts sent by Goodside for its own business. They do not enroll you in a client med spa's messaging program.
2. Program description
Goodside provides marketing strategy, leadership, and execution for med spas. When you opt in to the applicable messaging category, we may send:
- Informational and service-related texts: Responses to your inquiries, consultation confirmations and reminders, client service updates, and reminders or logistical information for calls, educational events, or community activities you have registered for or joined.
- Marketing and promotional texts: Offers, information about Goodside's services, marketing education, invitations to Goodside events or community offerings, and outreach asking whether you are interested in our services.
Messages are limited to the categories and purposes identified when you consent. Promotional content requires marketing consent, even when it relates to a resource you requested or is included in a reminder or educational message.
3. How you opt in
You can opt in through a Goodside form displaying an SMS disclosure and an unchecked consent choice for the applicable message category. Where both marketing and informational messaging are offered, the choices are separate and optional. You may select one, both, or neither.
By selecting an SMS consent option and submitting the form, you authorize Goodside to send texts for that selected purpose to the number you provide, including recurring texts using automated technology.
Providing a phone number, downloading a resource, requesting information, becoming a client, or accepting general Website Terms does not by itself authorize promotional texts. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services, submitting an inquiry, or receiving a requested resource.
Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Please notify us if the number changes or you no longer control it.
4. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, consultation schedule, client relationship, selected preferences, and participation in activities. This is a recurring messaging program for the categories you choose, continuing until you opt out or the applicable program ends.
Message and data rates may apply to texts sent or received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges. Goodside's service fees, if any, are separate and governed by your applicable service agreement or purchase terms.
5. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to the number that sent you a Goodside text to cancel SMS participation. We will send a confirmation of your opt-out and stop further messages under that consent. You may also contact hello@goodsidemarketing.com or +1 225-577-6687 for assistance with an opt-out request.
Opting out of SMS does not itself cancel a consultation, service agreement, or paid membership. Likewise, canceling a service is not a substitute for using the SMS opt-out process if you also want to stop texts.
To rejoin after opting out, provide a new SMS opt-in through our signup process. We do not treat a subsequent resource download or ordinary inquiry as renewed promotional SMS consent.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP to a Goodside text for assistance, or contact:
Email: hello@goodsidemarketing.com
Phone: +1 225-577-6687
The support number above may differ from the number used to send an individual message. Replying STOP or HELP to the sending number is the direct way to use those messaging commands.
7. Delivery and carriers
Delivery depends on your wireless provider, device, and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging should not be used for emergencies or to transmit patient records, passwords, or full payment credentials.
8. Privacy and consent records
We use service providers, including HighLevel and messaging delivery providers, to administer texts and communication preferences. We retain relevant opt-in and opt-out records to administer the program and address compliance obligations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
For details about our information practices, read our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the program
We may update these Mobile Terms or change or discontinue the program, subject to applicable requirements. Published updates will show their effective date. If a change requires new consent, we will obtain it before sending messages under that expanded permission. Updating these terms alone does not expand your consent.
For general Website Terms, see our Terms and Conditions.
