Goodside Marketing

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 23, 2026

Maverick Culture, LLC, doing business as Goodside Marketing ("Goodside," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through goodsidemarketing.com, our inquiry and resource-request forms, and our direct business communications.

1. Our business and how to contact us

Goodside provides marketing strategy, leadership, and execution for med spas.

Maverick Culture, LLC dba Goodside Marketing
28361 Middlebrook Way
Denham Springs, LA 70726
Email: hello@goodsidemarketing.com
Phone: +1 225-577-6687
Website: goodsidemarketing.com

This Policy addresses information collected for Goodside's own business. Information we process on behalf of a client in providing marketing services is also subject to the applicable client agreement and that client's privacy notices. A client's consent to receive messages from a med spa does not become consent to receive marketing from Goodside.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, website, and business location.
  • Information you choose to provide about your practice, marketing, budget, goals, challenges, and interest in our services.
  • Consultation requests, scheduling information, resource requests, and event registrations.
  • The content of inquiries and communications you send through forms, email, text, or other channels.
  • Client billing information, invoices, and transaction records associated with payments through QuickBooks.
  • Your communication preferences and records of SMS consent or withdrawal, including the date, source, and consent language associated with your choice.

Please do not submit patient records, medical information, passwords, or full payment credentials through our general website forms or text messages.

Information collected through the website

Our website and the tools described below may collect device and browsing information, such as IP address, browser and device type, cookie identifiers, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps, and interactions with website content. The specific information collected depends on the tool, its configuration, and applicable privacy choices.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, and discuss whether our services fit your business.
  • Schedule consultations and send related confirmations or reminders.
  • Provide services, communicate with clients, and administer billing and payments.
  • Send educational content, offers, and information about Goodside, subject to applicable consent requirements and your communication preferences.
  • Administer registrations and reminders for calls, educational events, or community activities you request or participate in.
  • Understand website use, improve usability, and measure the performance of our marketing.
  • Maintain consent and suppression records, protect our systems, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Requesting a resource or entering a phone number does not, by itself, authorize promotional text messages. Promotional SMS outreach about our services requires the appropriate SMS consent.

4. Service providers and other disclosures

We do not sell, rent, trade, or provide prospect or client contact lists to other businesses for their own marketing. We use outside platforms to operate our business, process payments, communicate, and understand website activity. Those functions involve processing information as described below.

  • Squarespace: Website hosting and website functionality, including forms where used.
  • HighLevel: Contact management, forms, scheduling, email and SMS communications, and related workflows.
  • QuickBooks and its payment providers: Client invoicing, online payment processing, and transaction administration. Payment credentials submitted through the payment service are processed by the payment provider. We use associated billing and transaction information to manage client accounts. See Intuit's Privacy Statement.
  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar: Website measurement, advertising measurement, and usability analysis, as explained in Section 6. Some of these providers also process information under their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect security, or protect legal rights. Access by personnel and service providers should be limited to the information needed for their work.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use messaging providers to process and deliver Goodside's texts. This does not authorize another business to use your number or consent for its own marketing. The general disclosures elsewhere in this Policy do not authorize the sale, rental, or transfer of SMS consent for another business's messaging program.

5. Text messaging privacy and choices

If you opt in, Goodside may send the types of texts identified in the consent disclosure you selected. These may include consultation reminders, inquiry responses, client updates, educational content, promotional offers, outreach about Goodside's services, and community or call reminders. Marketing and informational SMS preferences are handled separately when both are offered.

  • Messages may be recurring and sent using automated technology.
  • Message frequency varies with your requests, relationship with Goodside, activities, and selected messaging preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services, submitting an inquiry, or receiving a requested resource.
  • Reply STOP to a Goodside text to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact hello@goodsidemarketing.com or +1 225-577-6687.

We retain relevant consent and opt-out records to administer preferences and address compliance obligations. See our Mobile Terms of Service for the complete program terms.

6. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and session replay

Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for website functionality, analytics, advertising measurement, and usability research.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and interactions with our website. Its measurement can use cookies and other identifiers. Learn more about Google's use of information from sites using its services. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Meta Pixel: We use Meta Pixel to measure interactions with our website and the effectiveness of our advertising. Depending on configuration and consent choices, Meta can receive identifiers, device information, page visits, and event information and associate that activity with information it holds. See Meta's Privacy Policy for its practices and available controls. Website activity transmitted through advertising tools is distinct from selling a contact list, but still involves disclosure of information.

Hotjar: We use Hotjar to understand how people navigate and interact with the website, including through heatmaps and session replay. Depending on configuration, it can process device information, pages viewed, and interactions such as clicks, taps, scrolling, and mouse movements. Session replay is a reconstruction of website activity, not a recording from your camera or microphone. See Hotjar's privacy documentation.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser. Where website cookie controls are presented, you can use them to manage optional technologies. Browser blocking and provider-specific controls may also limit collection. These choices may be browser- or device-specific, and disabling cookies may affect website functionality. Cookie preferences are separate from email and SMS preferences.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including managing the business relationship, keeping accounting and consent records, honoring opt-outs, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal requirements. Retention depends on the information and purpose; deletion of every record immediately upon an opt-out may not be appropriate or required.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.
  • Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
  • Ask us to correct your contact information or update your communication preferences.
  • Contact us about access to or deletion of personal information, or other rights available under applicable law.

Send privacy requests to hello@goodsidemarketing.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. The rights available and any exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to retain certain information for accounting, legal, security, or suppression purposes.

9. Children and third-party services

Our website is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Links to other websites or services do not make their privacy practices part of ours. Review the relevant provider's notice before submitting information through its services.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, tools, or applicable requirements. We will update the effective date when changes are published and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. A policy update does not, by itself, enroll you in SMS marketing or expand your SMS consent.
